The AVA team strives to interpret and translate the client’s vision into a design that exceeds expectations. Nirman Consultants is an ISO 9001:2015 certified, award-winning full-service Architecture Consultancy established in 1990. A Total Project Management Organisation, we ‘Bring Designs to Life' through Single Window Consulting including Architecture, Engineering, Sustainability, Interiors, Landscape, Urban Planning and Valuation. Nirman has executed over 500 projects in India and overseas across various verticals. We have designed industries, corporate buildings, consulates, residential complexes and townships. Our current flagship projects include NOIDA Convention and Habitat Centre, extensions in the Netherlands Embassy complex, a township for the Nuclear Power Corporation and an IT Campus for Sopra Steria. Winner of multiple architectural awards, Nirman is known to be a Green Design Company and gives back to society by an active engagement in various CSR projects

Morphogenesis

Morphogenesis is one of India’s leading award-winning Architecture and Urban Design practices. It has been ranked consistently amongst the Top 100 Architectural Design Firms worldwide for over a decade now by Building Design Magazine. It has four offices in India: Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, and Pune. The practice is the recipient of over 130 international and national Awards which include being India’s first World Architecture Festival award winners, 5 Indian Institute of Architects Awards, and Laureates of the Singapore Institute of Architects Getz Award. Its work spans across typologies- Architecture, Interiors and Landscape Urbanism. Its work has featured in over 1000 publications, both International and National. The firm’s first monograph - coauthored by Manit and Sonali Rastogi, ‘Morphogenesis: The Indian Perspective, The Global Context’, has been published by Images Australia under their Master Architect Series. Studio Lotus

Studio Lotus is a multi-disciplinary design practice founded in 2002—22 years on, it is one of the most path-breaking architectural firms in India, with Ambrish Arora, Sidhartha Talwar, Ankur Choksi, Asha Sairam and Harsh Vardhan at the helm as Principals. Fostered with a culture of learning and intra-preneurship, the work of the practice is grounded on the principles of Conscious Design, an approach that celebrates local resources, cultural influences, an inclusive process and a keen attention to detail. Studio Lotus aspires to craft spaces that address the emerging future of work, leisure and living; be it master plans, buildings or interiors, the practice’s process focuses on innovation that enriches their clients’ lives and businesses, adding value to all it touches. Some of the studio’s most significant projects include an upcoming museum complex for the Aga Khan Trust for Culture at the Qutb Shahi Gardens in Hyderabad; RAAS Hotels—in Jodhpur, Kangra and Lake Chhatrasagar; Krushi Bhawan in Odisha; high-rise residential and commercial developments for the Max Group; the Royal Enfield’s headquarters in Chennai; the headquarters of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in Bhubaneswar; and three marquee projects within the Godrej Trees project in Vikhroli, Mumbai. Ongoing projects include a Visitor Centre within Jodhpur’s Mehrangarh Fort precinct and several pan-India hospitality commissions, including those for the Taj & Oberoi Groups of Hotels.
