Architectural services ranging from pre-design through construction administration are offered as well. The residential studio works with clients who would not typically hire an architect. Recycled, re-purposed, reused, and redone are terms that often show up in project descriptions. Likewise perfect function, organization and product performance define a beautiful space. Whether it is a spice cabinet, a backyard fence, a room renovation, or a whole new house, there is no project to small to be great which is to be much more than just green. Pursuit of Leed Certification is encouraged. Day-lighting and solar hot air heating are areas of special interest.

We are not the typical architecture firm, but rather provide design and BIM support through innovative partnerships with a variety of client and project types. Depending upon the project and client needs, we may act as the architectural or interior designer, provide graphic design, assist in BIM visualization, or support the construction document process. Bay Design Associates Architects

Bay Design serves the Southeast from their office in Pensacola, Florida. Known for their management of each project by a firm principal, they take pride in helping clients accomplish goals through well designed facilities. The firm is a leader within the architectural profession in the field of sustainable design, responsible for two LEED "Certified" projects in the Pensacola area, including the new Escambia County Central Office Complex which achieved LEED"Gold" status. The principals of Bay design are active in a number of professional and community activities and boards, including the American Institute of Architects, US Green Building Council, NAIOP and many others.
