Man Up

MAN UP is a social enterprise, peer-to-peer education service in WA, with the goal of empowering young men and redefining masculinity. We run workshops on various topics centred around men’s mental health and well-being, with an emphasis on transforming boys into confident, purpose driven, emotionally capable men. Our aim is to change the phrase ‘Man Up’ to mean something positive; to live authentically from one’s heart, embrace vulnerability, and hold one another accountable to stand up for what’s right.

Exhale Psychology Centre is a psychology practice located in New Farm, Brisbane that specifically targets the treatment of: - Eating Disorders - Complex PTSD - Suicidality - Treatment resistant depression and anxiety - Complex comorbities Our core values are: - Providing a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQAI+ friendly space - We take a HAES (Health At Every Size)/ ND (Non-Diet/anti-diet) approach - We do not turn away patients for being "too complex" or "too risky" - We believe that eating disorder recovery can only be achieved through addressing core underlying issues (and not merely through addressing food and weight) We primarily work from the following modalities: - Schema Therapy - Imagery Rescripting (ImRS) - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) based trauma therapy - Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM) - Focal Psychodynamic Psychotherapy - Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) - for individuals - Radically Open Behaviour Therapy (RODBT) - for individuals - Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

Foundation for a Better Tomorrow is a Delaware based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that was formed by Lauren Tinsley, Christine Gordon, Jenna Mahoney, and Cyndi McLaughlin in April, 2014. Our mission is to support our community by strengthening mental health resources and building bridges for a better tomorrow.
