About
Centre for Systemic Change (CSC) is a group of experienced and professional coaches with a passion for 'helping organisations to change'​ themselves. We leverage our understanding of individual, team and group behaviours to work with organisations to co-create and implement effective leadership and change solutions. This includes individual change, improved team performance and wide-scale organisational change.
Our solutions address:
• The importance of aligning key stakeholders around a common purpose for change
• The primacy of dialogue in change and the importance of creating safe forums for dialogue
• The need to adopt a systemic perspective in creating and implementing change solutions

We offer a wide range of services including individual, team and group coaching, leadership skills programs and facilitation. We work with one eye on the immediate success of the program and another on helping our clients to further build the capability of their organisation to manage change more autonomously in the future.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
We draw on our professional training, experience and ongoing research to deliver executive coaching that facilitates individual change, including the acquisition and embedding of new skills, behavioural change, or the kind of enhanced self-awareness that leads to more authentic leadership.
We have conducted extensive research into how best to deploy executive coaching in organisations and we work with you to ensure your investment in coaching leads to desired outcomes.
TEAM COACHING
We coach teams to be more effective with explicit reference to the organisation's overall objectives and strategy. We work with clients to assess levels of individual, team and organisational readiness to design an intervention specific to your needs, and to continually review the design of the intervention as we progress.
