California Lupus Foundation

The California Lupus Foundation mission is to enhance the quality of life for lupus patients and their families through awareness, education, and advocacy. We are committed to promoting community awareness and supporting lupus research with the ultimate goal of finding a cure. We offer a range of programs to support our community through free patient Education Course, Support Groups, Lupus Buddy Program and more. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each lupus patient and or their family and their caregivers and are offered in English and Spanish. We have locations in both San Diego and San Jose. Camp Fire San Diego County

Camp Fire San Diego County has been serving the county for over 75 years. Providing an array of year-round programs in the community, at Camp CaHiTo and at Camp WoLaHi that give youth the tools they need to be successful at home, at school, and in our larger community. Alzheimer's San Diego is a 100% local nonprofit organization. All of our programs and services are free for the community. We are here for people living with Alzheimer's, dementia, mild cognitive impairment, other brain changes or memory issues – and their caregivers.
