K-Fastigheter är mer än ett fastighetsbolag. Genom en integrerad process bygger vi vår verksamhet i de två verksamhetsområdena Entreprenad och Fastighetsförvaltning. I verksamhetsområde Entreprenad är målsättningen är att leverera färdigställda bostäder med bas i koncernens egenutvecklade koncepthus såväl som högkvalitativa stomlösningar. Vår prefabverksamhet drivs i dotterbolaget K-Prefab. För att öka kostnadseffektiviteten och korta byggtiderna har K-Fastigheter valt att arbeta med tre egenutvecklade koncepthus för bostäder. Verksamhetsområde Fastighetsförvaltning förvaltar koncernens fastighetsbestånd med fokus på bostäder. K-Fastigheter erbjuder bostäder från Köpenhamn i söder till Gävle i norr och utvärderar löpande nya marknader. Som hyresvärd strävar vi efter att skapa attraktiva hem med hög trivselfaktor. Sedan november 2019 handlas bolagets B-aktier på Nasdaq Stockholm (kortnamn: KFAST B).
