Founded in 2003, Five Ventures, previously Feeloë, is a hands-on technology investment partnership providing entrepreneurs with resources to scale and achieve their growth potential. Specifically we focus on cross border development between Europe and China. We are a diverse team with broad operational experience in technology both as entrepreneur and corporate executive across functions - business development, sales management, strategy, corporate finance, controlling - and with global exposure. We invest in innovative late stage technology companies and share what we learnt. We have completed hundreds of due diligence, managed and scaled many operations from start-ups to new divisions in large corporate, into new geographies especially Greater China… We work with entrepreneurs to refine the growth strategy and to deploy it; we bring distribution channels, high-end professional networks and financial engineering capabilities.

Co-founded by Andrew "Flip" Filipowski and Matthew Roszak in 2003, SilkRoad Equity invests its own capital in companies with strong market positions, recognized brands and enormous growth potential. + SilkRoad Equity's investment philosophy centers around a core set of principles focused on partnering with management to execute strategies for long term value creation. We do not acquire businesses with a predefined exit strategy or investment time horizon – we are happy to own and operate businesses for the long term. + Our investments are primarily centered around growth – growth achieved through acquisition, organic growth and/or through our universe of resources and relationships. Our introductions to potential customers, buyers, distributors, partners and directors help build critical relationships and strategic alliances.
