Czech Ensemble Baroque

Czech Ensemble Baroque je profesionální ansámbl, zabývající se stylovou interpretací děl starších slohových období. Roku 1998 jej založil dirigent Roman Válek jako komorní orchestr pro provozování renesančních a barokních vokálně - instrumentálních děl. V současné době má ansámbl čtyři složky: orchestr, sbor, sólisty, vokální quintet a dramaturgicky již zasahuje do všech žánrů zejména baroka a klasicismu. Členy jsou profesionální zpěváci a instrumentalisté z České republiky, Slovenska, Maďarska, Polska a Německa, zabývající se autentickou interpretací. Šéfdirigentem tělesa je od počátku Roman Válek. Funkci koncertního mistra zastává Peter Zajíček, sbormistrem sboru a vokálního quintetu je Tereza Válková. Od roku 2005 je soubor rezidenčním ansámblem dnes již prestižního Hudebního festivalu Znojmo, kde uvedl řadu českých i světových operních premiér, komorních i kantátových koncertů. Je zván na prestižní festivaly (Smetanova Litomyšl, Janáčkův Máj, Dni starej hudby Bratislava, MOF Muzika Baltycka, Harmonia Moraviae, Musica Holešov aj.) a od roku 2006 spolupořádá Třebíčský operní festival. Dalším významným počinem ansámblu je pořadatelství workshopu Letní škola barokní hudby (na zámku Holešov), který je určen mladým hudebním profesionálům v oboru stará hudba. Workshop je jediný svého druhu v ČR - jeho specialitou je společný nácvik a koncertní provádění nejvýznamnějších děl světové barokní literatury za účasti předních interpretů - lektorů z celé Evropy, USA, Mexika atd. Od září 2012 realizuje ansámbl svůj vlastní velký abonentní cyklus staré hudby BACHA NA MOZARTA! v brněnském Besedním domě, který je první svého druhu na Moravě.

Bohemian Recordings is a leading Czech label focused on electronic dance music based in Prague. The released records combine fresh energetic sound on the border of progressive house, electro and elements of traditional musical forms. The challenge for the label is to present talented Czech musicians and producers. Leader and founder of Bohemian Recordings is DJ and producer Michael Burian. Established in 2010 Collective Concerts is the largest independent concert promoter in Toronto, ON. We produce events in various venues including clubs, arenas and outdoor spaces across the country. During the last 7 years we have also provided talent buying services to multiple festivals in various cities and produced events for local charities and not for profits. Collective Concerts is also the in house talent buyers for The Horseshoe Tavern & Lee's Palace.
