Mental ill health is responsible for 91 million working days lost every year in the UK. One in four people will experience some form of mental health condition, mental health issues have a huge impact on a person's ability to work effectively. Employers have a duty of care towards their staff, so it is important to spot the early signs of mental health problems and have adequate support in place to support them.
