The Victor Orlando Woolson Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit corporation organized and created to raise awareness of the dangers of synthetic drugs/bath salts, to advocate for stronger legislation against synthetics for the health and safety of citizens of New York State, and to assist individuals and/or organizations in advocating for or providing services to the mentally ill, homeless and/or low income persons in Oswego County.

Team Better Block

The Better Block is a tool for communities to complete "living charrettes" or demonstration zones that implement temporary changes to street infrastructure, enable economic development in dormant areas, and enliven public spaces. Team Better Block are urban planning consultants and community organizing professionals whose projects have been featured in the New York Times, the Washington Post, and GOOD Magazine. TBB reduces the planning process down to its essential elements to quickly identify the assets of a community and begin linking them while creating great places for residents, and visitors within weeks, not years. The Better Block approach tests ideas in real-time to see how a community interacts with an area and quantifies those successes to inform a stronger long-term plan and vision for a community.
