Gala Capital Partners (GCP) is a private investment firm based in Southern California with deep roots in the restaurant industry. We seek to invest in or acquire distressed or growth-oriented multiunit businesses, as well as SaaS software companies that support multiunit businesses, whom have sound performance results and a capable management team. We will also selectively invest in strategic and value-add real estate opportunities. We are patient, long-term investors that build trusting partnerships with management teams. Crafted Hospitality was founded by Chef Tom Colicchio with the opening of Craft restaurant in New York in 2001. Since then the company has grown to include Craft Los Angeles, Temple Court, Craftsteak & Heritage Steak in Las Vegas, and Small Batch at the Roosevelt Field Mall.
