Raising the Baa helps executive teams to develop their leadership and communication skills from a ewe-nique perspective - through the metaphor of sheep-herding. Not imaginary sheep either - the genuine woolly animals! Our most regular insights into the immense world of team building and leadership development are conveyed in our weekly podcast Sheep Dip, found on all major platforms. Organisational change is a key driver for our clients, such as Waitrose, Airbus, NFU Mutual, Lyreco, Nationwide and numerous SMEs . Raising the Baa’s programmes necessitate a range of emotionally intelligent skills – lessons that can (surprisingly to most) be learned from shepherding in a FUN way.
