Clever Boxer

The future needs a human touch. We’re reinventing talks and training for the 21st century. We believe that live content should be as well curated as the best newspapers, magazines or websites out there.  We are journalists and editors with extensive experience of spotting trends, finding experts, translating ideas, and delivering exceptional quality content.  We use these skills to find the leading innovators in business and the creative industries, and commission them to deliver exceptional content as talks, workshops or training sessions.  Based in London but operating internationally we’ve programmed events for brands including Soho House Group, Frieze, Time Out, The Idler and Clarion Events. We’ve developed and delivered training and workshops for General Assembly, The Guardian, Understanding ModernGov and other clients. Clever Boxer was founded by Simone Baird (linkedin.com/in/simonebaird) and Alan Rutter (linkedin.com/in/alanjrutter). Alan left Clever Boxer at the end of 2018 to focus on new projects, including Fire Plus Algebra (www.fireplusalgebra.com).
