B.O.D.Y is a East Midlands based charity which offer information and advice to the whole of the UK! We campaign for Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) and Eating Disorders....we fight to build body confidence, because everybody is different. We have a full clinical center in the East Midlands, offering a wide range of support to all of our service users. We offer an email befriending nationally. We celebrate individuality and focus on keeping people healthy and happy with their body image. We know that some people would literally do anything to be normal, which upsets us, cause we don't really know what 'normal'​ is...

Clear Sky Children's Charity

Clear Sky was established in 2010, to meet the needs of children who are struggling emotionally due to circumstances out of their control. The passion for Clear Sky comes from our CEO's own experience as a teenager, when Sophia's mother sadly passed away. As an adult, Sophia came across Play Therapy - a form of psychological support for children that allows them to use play and creative mediums to explore confusing or difficult feelings. Many children struggle to verbalise their worries and Play Therapy offers the opportunity to work through problems using the child's own natural language - play. We are now working with over 60 children per week in schools, supporting parents through our Playful Parents Programme plus training school staff in using a therapeutic approach with children. We also work closely with Debi Maskell-Graham, author of "Reflective Functioning and Play: strengthening attachment relationships in families from pregnancy to adolescence"​, to deliver popular and CPD accredited professional courses to include 'Parent Child Attachment Play'​ and 'Baby Bonding'​.

Counselling Pastoral Trust

The Counselling Pastoral Trust (CPT) is a charity dedicated to keeping families together. We provide affordable professional counselling services to families and individuals to help resolve problems that lead to relationship breakdown. In 2009 CPT established The Schema Therapy Institute, to train counsellors and psychotherapists/psychologists in individual, group and child, and adolescent schema therapy. You may be wondering whether therapy is right for you. If you recognise any of the experiences outlined below, or if you feel troubled in a way that is hard to describe, we can offer help. Regular sessions are provided so problems or experiences that may have seemed confusing, frightening or even overwhelming can be resolved.
