Canberra City Band Inc

The Canberra City Band Inc is the leading community band organisation in Australia's capital city. It was established in 1925 and in 1948 transitioned from a brass band configuration to a concert band configuration (incorporating woodwind instruments) making it the oldest community concert band in Australia. It currently has three ensembles: the Canberra City Band, Spectrum Big Band and a development band (John Agnew Band).
