AMEC IELTS is a subsidury to the head business of Australian Multicultural Education Centre (AMEC) Pty Ltd. AMEC was established in 2005 with the objective of promoting quality Australian education to students from around the world. In 2010, AMEC introduced a specialty English training program to help students achieve the best results they can on the IELTS test. The course was designed to meet the demand in the education and migration industry for improved English proficiency in Australia. The course has been highly successful and helped many students achieved excellent results including IELTS scores of 7 and higher (the aim of many students that come to us). The IELTS teachers and trainers in our program all have an excellent background teaching English. In total, our teachers have over 30 years of English and IELTS teaching experience. Chester County OIC (CCOIC)

Chester County OIC is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing FREE adult basic literacy education and life skills programs that prepare individuals for employment leading to economic self-sufficiency. In operation since 1979, CCOIC helps over 800 adult learners per year. Vision: To be leaders in improving the lives of disadvantaged adults by creating educational and employment opportunities. Mission: Opening opportunities for individuals to prepare for sustainable employment and financial independence through education, training and support services. History: CC-OIC is an independent agency affiliated with OICA – Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America. OICA was founded in 1964 in Philadelphia by the Reverend Dr. Leon Sullivan. Dr. Sullivan, a well-respected and beloved minister, fought for social justice all of his life. Self-reliance was Dr. Sullivan’s adage, and it remains the goal of OIC affiliates internationally. At Chester County OIC, we continue his battle against injustice and discrimination through education and life skills training. Specifically developed programs serve clients and students classified as low-income or disadvantaged. The ESL students represent 19 different native languages. Chester County OIC continues to grow and adapt to the needs of the county, students and clients.
