2toned create work using the slow process of collaboration, research and rehearsal. They mix together different genres and human experience to create a new system for the audience to discover meaning. James and Martina create work using their research of psychology, body language and human nature Our work is a presentation of this kind of behaviour and signifies that no matter what race, sexuality, gender or other variable we are all human and show physical emotions as well as verbal ones. Our practice doesn’t single out any one type of person, it doesn’t discriminate and it doesn’t hold society on a pedestal, 2toned simply create performance accessible for people who have lived. It doesn’t aim to shock, it simply combines emotions that we go through with exaggerated physical presentation and the audience leaves thinking about many things, in a way it turns a mirror on our audiences and asks questions of them.

WHAM Theatre Schools

'm Mark, the founder of WHAM Theatre Schools, and over the years, I've worked in a variety of performing arts schools as both a Principal/Franchisee and as a Teacher. No young person is the same, or desire to have the same goal. Each student is unique, and our aim is to encourage happiness, confidence and creativity in every young person that joins the WHAM Family! I've worked alongside industry professionals and the best organisations possible in order to create WHAM. It's taken some time, but over the years, I've seen every type of method used to train young people in the performing arts sector. Some worked fantastically, others failed miserably. Which is why I am using my 12+ years in this industry to instil tried & tested methods for a wide variety of abilities. Our ethos is to keep our young performers enthusiastic, happy and content within our unique training system. We do not believe in a competitive-aggressive or "fame hungry" attitude towards performing arts, but to be able to cater for those who range from just wanting to gain confidence and for those who are serious about progressing further as a performer.

Working with the most respected, innovative and inspirational artists, Breakin'​ Convention seeks to position hip hop dance alongside more historically established art forms, through our world-renowned international festivals, professional development, youth projects and educational programme. Jonzi D is the founder and Artistic Director of Jonzi D Projects and Breakin'​ Convention and is an Associate Artist at Sadler's Wells Theatre, London. A dancer, spoken word artist and director, he is the foremost advocate for hip hop who has changed the profile and influenced the development of the UK British hip hop dance and theatre scene over the last two decades. Breakin'​ Convention is a Sadler's Wells Project. We are a continually evolving organisation and since the birth of our festival in 2004 we have grown to encompass a range of events and services. Breakin’ Convention (Festival and Tour), Pioneers, Open Art Surgery, Future Elements, Back to the Lab and Higher Learning are all key projects in our calendar. Exchange Theatre is an international cultural organisation based in London. We produce rare new translations from French speaking background plays and have a strong interest in multilingualism.
