Centre for Transfer of Biomedical Technologies

The center, as a technology transfer office, provides intellectual property protection assistance and commercialization support to researchers in the field of biomedical technologies and especially to the ones associated to these partner institutions: - University Hospital Hradec Kralove - Faculty of Military Health Sciences of University of Defence - Faculty of Informatics and Management and Faculty of Science of University Hradec Kralove CTBT links industrial partners interested in commercializing available technologies to researchers and vice versa. CTBT focuses on medicine, pharmacy, medical devices, bioinformatics and related fields. CTBT’s key taks include: - maintaining effective system for IP protection - supporting commercialization processes and market orientation of the research programmes - performing on-going search for scientific results with commercial potential - establishing technology-oriented companies - promoting contract or demand based research

ALAI Česká republika

ALAI Česká republika (ALAI Czech Republic) is a Czech national group of the International Literary and Artistic Association (ALAI). It is an independent learned society dedicated to studying and discussing copyright issues. Czechoslovak national group of ALAI, established in 1926, was forced to wind up in 1939 in times of German occupation. Czech national group, established in 2013, associating academics, praciting attorneys, in-house lawyers, judges and others with professional interest in copyright tries to follow the best traditions of Czech and Czechoslovak copyright research, wishes to contribute to improvement of copyright laws and strives to spread copyright awareness.

Archeologický ústav AV ČR, Praha, v. v. i.

Základním úkolem Archeologického ústavu Akademie věd České republiky, Praha, v. v. i. je uskutečňování vědeckého výzkumu v oblasti archeologie a souvisejících oborů, aplikace těchto výsledků a poskytování souvisejících služeb. Ústav se především zaměřuje na vědecký výzkum orientovaný na rozvoj teorie a metodologie oboru a jeho aplikaci v oblasti terénního výzkumu včetně technického, laboratorního, restaurátorského a vědeckého zpracování archeologických pramenů. Na základě jejich interpretace je umožněno hlubší poznání naší minulosti, archeologických kultur a jsou tvořeny modely charakteru minulých společenstev.
