Anagnostics Bioanalysis GmbH was set up in 2006 and has its registered office in Austria. With existing staff the focus is on the development, production and sale of diagnostic tests based on the company's proprietary multiplex hybcell technology.
Technology and innovation
Anagnostics developed and patented the world’s first and only cylindrical microarray. The full automation and integration of all function groups into a single device and the simplicity of operation open up the opportunity for routine use. The extremely accelerated sample reaction caused by rotating the sample liquid, a new type of
heating concept and the possibility of measuring signal progression (kinetics) offer totally new test concepts for routine diagnostics.
With hybcell technology Anagnostics has developed a multiplex diagnostics technology for DNA and protein tests. Anagnostics’ goal is to establish hybcell technology as a globally acknowledged standard for multiplex diagnostics, with particular focus on oncology, infectious disease diagnostics and drugs of abuse screening. Anagnostics’ technology is based on a single device which performs all the steps of the test automatically with the hybcells serving as consumables. The technology is perfectly suitable for usage in hospital laboratories:
- minimal requirements in terms of sample preparation and sample handling,
- fast and high quality results and
- extremely short start-up time.
