We are a group of highly skilled & motivated engineers having a working experience of past 35 or more years in different areas of vehicle engineering being Earth movers equipment, industrial machinery, Lifting cranes, Agriculture equipment, Automatic machines for Food and Pharmaceutical product packaging industries and many more. The idea behind establishing of “Clamp Studio” in 2010 is to merge all our expertise in different sections of engineering and create a common platform where we can offer our clients a reliable customized solution using the synergy of classical approach with advance technologies for their existing product improvement or new product development.

C.M.F. was founded by Mr. Pier Giorgio Fausone in 1975 as Machining Company for precise mechanical parts, and mechanical assembling, as per customers drawings and requests. Over the years, the company has expanded its services by establishing itself in different sectors, Aerospace (special aeronautical parts, equipment and test benches), Machine Tools, Industrial Automation, Food Industry, production of small and medium sized Welding parts for industrial uses, complete with mechanical machining and Painting. All Numerical Control machines are connected to a centralized CAD-CAM system, which allows the programming by the technical office, optimizing production times. Over the years the company has increased the production of components made of special alloys, as titanium and inconel 15.5 ph. Thanks to the collaboration with highly qualified partners, C.M.F. is able to realize parts, complete with heat and surface treatments, deep drilling, grinding and painting. The constant commitment of C.M.F. in providing more and more valid and complete products and services, it has led the company to develop and upgrade the assembly department with highly qualified personnel, to ensure to all customers a high level of reliability in the construction of processing equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with machining of parts, assembly and final testing. Our Quality Control System is composed by high skilled technicians, working in a special area for the control, with DEA machinery and other different precision instruments, necessary for the control. Since 2003 our company has got the UNI EN ISO 9001-2000 certification, and, from July 2018, we have got the Quality System Certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
