Adler's Pharmacy LTC, based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, implements a unique medication management program designed to meet many of our client's medication management challenges. That rate is decreased to 2% using compliance strip packaging. • Care giver time spent on medication activities using "bubble" packs 46.8%; using compliance strip packaging 37.4%. Adler's Pharmacy LTC offers an extremely effective and efficient medication management program. Our services include customized medication packaging, refill synchronization, eMAR, medication therapy management (MTM), customized reports and forms, individualized billing and timely delivery. Our clients include residential treatment facilities, assisted living facilities and community providers (ID/DD). Here are some examples of our success: • One of our clients had a 25% error rate per quarter before using Adler's Pharmacy. Since transitioning to our program, their error rates dropped significantly to 2% per quarter. • Several of our clients continually had documentation errors.
