Angkor Research and Consulting Ltd.

Angkor Research and Consulting Ltd. was founded in 2013 by Mr. Ian Ramage. Previously the head of one of the leading research institutions in Cambodia, Mr. Ramage conducted over 120 contracts (including 45 large-scale impact evaluations) from 1999 until 2012, when the shareholders made the decision to close the company. In 2013, Mr. Ramage and senior staff began Angkor Research, bringing the same international standards and local knowledge to their new research projects. Angkor Research specializes into conducting high-quality research, monitoring and evaluation for a wide range of customers (government ministries, bilateral organizations, NGOs, etc.) and profits from its Director's and staff's extensive experience in managing social research projects in the fields of environment, agriculture, public health, communications, development and economics/finance. Angkor Research staff also have extensive experience working with Cambodian governmental and ministerial authorities, and are able to conduct these relationships in a professional and respectful manner. Angkor Research follows international standards and best practices in its own work, and encourage their adoption throughout the sector. Alaska Center for Energy and Power

The Alaska Center for Energy and Power (ACEP) is an applied energy research program based at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. ACEP provides leadership in developing energy systems for islanded, non-integrated electric grids and their associated oil-based heating systems. Integration is a central feature of our program. Because many of the issues related to implementing innovative energy solutions are complex, our program must not only address the technical integration of renewables with these small isolated diesel-based energy systems, but must also look at integration from a broader perspective: integration of solutions into the social realities of a community, integration of the cultural fabric into sustainable energy solutions, integration of university researchers across disciplines and with community partners; and integration of our facilities and resources with those of our national partners. Community-Based Research Centre (CBRC)

Community-Based Research Centre (CBRC) promotes the health of gay men through research and intervention development. We are inclusive of bisexual and queer men (cis and trans) and Two Spirit people. CBRC's core pillars - community-led research, knowledge exchange, network building, and leadership development - position the organization as a thought leader, transforming ideas into actions that make a difference in our communities.
