Bay Design serves the Southeast from their office in Pensacola, Florida. Known for their management of each project by a firm principal, they take pride in helping clients accomplish goals through well designed facilities. The firm is a leader within the architectural profession in the field of sustainable design, responsible for two LEED "Certified" projects in the Pensacola area, including the new Escambia County Central Office Complex which achieved LEED"Gold" status. The principals of Bay design are active in a number of professional and community activities and boards, including the American Institute of Architects, US Green Building Council, NAIOP and many others. Included in the project types they design are hotels, healthcare, governmental, commercial/office, light industrial/warehouse and tenant space planning.

1x1 Design

On June 1, 2011, 1x1 Design, a full service architectural firm in Columbia, South Carolina was launched. The firm aims to provide design and planning services for a range of residential and commercial clients, focusing on innovative design and delivery services, strong client relationships and the development of the professionals which it employs. We don't have one type of client, one type of design, or one type of budget. we simply aim to do what we need to do, and do it well.

Teke Architects Office

The practice, founded by Onur Teke, is based on the solid experience of its founder, gained at internationally recognized architectural offices like Eisenman Architects at New York and as Associate Partner at Renzo Piano Building Workshop (RPBW) for more than 14 years. During his time at RPBW Onur Teke was responsible for a variety of projects designed in different scales, managing complex and multi-disciplinary working groups processes such as Kimbell Art Museum, Whitney Museum, Sarajevo Art Museum, Gardner Museum, Hospice and various residential towers. From 2007 until its completion in 2013 Onur led the design team for the Kimbell Art Museum in USA. In 2016 the practice is given the XV National Architecture Award for their build project T-House and nominated for Aga Khan Award for Architecture. And in 2016 Onur Teke has been nominated by the European Architecture Award as the most important and emerging European Young Architect under 40.
