First, My name. Juan Camilo Ramirez Carvajal. I was born in MedellÃn in 1977.
I graduated as a publicist from the Pontificia Bolivariana University in Medellin. I currently work as a Creative Photographer.
I worked for 5 years as a creative and graphic designer in several agencies in my city. In 2002 I decided to start my own business and became an entrepreneur, doing a lot of freelance work. It was in this journey,while taking pictures for all my clients, that I realized what I really wanted to do with my life.
7 years of research, study and development of creative techniques, have made me a photographer with enough experience to be successful in almost any field.I particularly love fashion, creativity and challenges. My whole life I have been surrounded by images, trademarks, designs, concepts, ideas ...
The photography not only freezes moments, it creates them. That is why I think a photographer must be curious, creative, resourceful and must be able to understand a brand, a style and a concept. his vision and work must be part of the process and not just the end result of it. A process where the Client - Agency - Photographer relationship becomes one single entity, to accomplish successful projects where a unique identity can be seen.
My studio is located in the Palms Avenue business center, with an impressive view of the city.
I have the equipment to produce high quality images with resolutions up to 24.6 effective pixels. I use the Mac platform with displays calibrated for development and an impeccable digital retouch.
