EZ SIPS Ultra Low-Cost GREEN Building System - Build-In-Place Structural Insulated Panels

EZ SIPS Build-In-Place Structural Insulated Panels are specially pre-cut EPS panels that make it EZ for carpenters to build high efficiency insulation with a built-in thermal break into standard framing right on the jobsite…in just minutes! At less than ½ the cost of SIP Panel systems & about the same cost as fiberglass batts + exterior foamboard, EZ SIPS is the ultimate ultra-low cost GREEN Building System. EZ SIPS 4’ wide R-19 & R-25 EPS panels have routered pockets for 2x4 or 2x6 studs and top / bottom plates so they quickly slide down into framed wall sections before you mount sheathing. Simply trim panels using a circular or hand saw at window and door headers . Sheet foam builds out solid wood areas that can’t be insulated. EZ SIPS are superior to factory SIPs with 23% - 42% more insulation than comparable SIP panels, a built-in thermal break, with open inner walls with convenient vertical snap-off channels for wiring & plumbing on both sides of each stud & 2 horizontal snap-off channels at receptacle & switch heights. EZ SIPS - 1 step solution that saves time and $$$. EPS also has 2x the thermal efficiency of fiberglass and is extremely resistant to mold and mildew. EZ SIPS 4’ wide pre-routered EPS panels use 92 5/8" & 104 5/8" studs for standard 8’ and 9’ wall heights: R-19 for 2x4 - 5” thick panels build the wall out to 2x6 thickness. While retailers already specialized in this fields already exist, we focused our approach on the depth of knowledge in a small list of high quality products as opposed to represent a large panel of products without very limited knowledge of the solution we provide. Our sale associates have been trained, used themselves the materials and we only used the material we sell for our office and internal projects. This store has been created by Homeowners and for homeowners. We have roots in Canada, have invested like many of us in the quality and sustainability of our house and plan for the long term rather than the short term.
