We are offering investors of less than 50 Million Naira to 200k 5% per month and on quarterly basis 62% per annum (15% at every quarter and 16% at the second and 4th quarter) 64% will be offered for two-time collection ( 32% every 6 Months).
Meanwhile, investors of above 50 million naira will be paid 68-72% having considered the offer and the intent shown to contribute your sum with WeU Capital. We shall offer the returns as follow:
• If you will be paid returns on investment on monthly bases, we will pay 5% each month and 7% at the fourth months of the year meaning you will get 7% three times and 5% nine times totaling 66% with additional 2% at the end of the year if cashing out it will be with the capital but if not, it will be 13th month bonus.
• If you will collect your returns on investment quarterly, we will pay you 18% every quarter four times a year totaling 72% per annum.
Whence, we will offer the post of a Nominal Director to such investor and our farm as a collateral.
Our business plan is modeled to put into consideration, the previous, current and expected future market strength. However, in case the new extension did not meet the expected results, an exit plan has been formulated to compensate our investors. As WeU Capital own other businesses in partnership and whole, related to real estate, export and physical assets, the business is willing to reduce their number of businesses, for close its sum, sell assets and stocks in order to pay back the investors their initial invested amount in consideration of other arrears
