Skills Inc. is a nonprofit social enterprise that employs people of all abilities in aerospace manufacturing, aerospace finishing, technical services and business solutions. Our fully integrated, inclusive workforce is comprised of individuals with and without disabilities working side-by-side throughout all four lines of business. Skills Inc. has ONE mission, to expand employment of persons with disabilities. Our success comes as a result of a balanced connection between our TWO bottom lines, financial and social. We accomplish our mission in THREE ways, by employing people with disabilities, offering vocational programs, and by serving as a role model and resource to the community. As a nonprofit social enterprise, Skills Inc. is self-funded through our four lines of business. We compete in an open market and receive no government subsidies. Skills Inc. is one of Washington State's largest aerospace suppliers and one of very few companies (outside of Boeing) that both fabricates and finishes components. We also provide technical services and business solutions to customers across all sectors. Skagit Farmers Supply is headquartered in Skagit County, Washington. We're nestled about halfway between the large population bases in Seattle, Washington and Vancouver, British Columbia. A geography touched to the east by the Cascade Mountain range and to the west by the salty waters of Puget Sound. The cool wet climate is ideal for many fresh-to-market fruits, vegetables, seed crops and diary and beef herds. Skagit Farmers has three agronomy plants supporting our farmer members with AgWorld technology, the most capacity for fertilizer storage and blending as well as the only custom organic blending in our region. We custom blend and bag fertilizer for farmers in the Hawaiian Islands. Our Country Stores cater to rural living enthusiast. Those whose hobbies take them outdoors with their animals or in their gardens. We offer a large selection of pet food and supplies, feed, work wear, branded hardware and much more. Our market leading energy department has 18,000 propane tanks from King County to the Canadian border and from high up in the Cascades and out into the Admiralty and San Juan Islands. We market refined fuels and lubricants in that same region. AFCO Distribution delivers high quality pet food and feed to farm and home stores in seven states in the PNW and Alaska. Our Aslin-Finch feed mill manufactures feed that is marketed across the PNW, Alaska and exported to Hong Kong and Japan. Skagit Farmers Supply is a member owned, farmer directed cooperative with a strong history of employee profit sharing and member patronage.

4th Generation Fruit Tree Nursery started in 1906, considered one of the leading Nursery Fruit tree growers along with operating both Organic & non Organic Orchards and Row Crops. Involved with developing new varieties along with the introduction and management of new varieties, has a working relationship world wide with other fruit tree breeders and growers.
