We are a European organisational development company with a branch office in South Africa delivering projects globally. We are the sister company of Omnicor (Pty) Ltd, a South African organisation with over 18 years experience in client solutions centred around assessment, development and management processes. We offer a range of products and services to improve organisational effectiveness through people development. We mainly offer: 1. Leadership development programmes, 2. Individual and group coaching; 3. Psychometric and competency based-assessments, 4. Performance competency profiling 5. Coach Training and supervision, specifically a Diploma in Coaching which we are in the process of accrediting through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). At Multiplex we study and apply psychological science, business insight, competency and assessment technologies to solve the problems that our clients face. We focus on creating change through engaging and enjoyable processes that are richly based on business insight, organisational models and the science of adult development. The processes we use and that we develop with our clients, make a difference. This is organisational development rather than edutainment.

The B4i Project

The B4i Project founded the B4 Initiative which received an award in 2018 from the BBBEE Commission for its “outstanding contribution in the sphere of Economic Transformation”. The B4i Initiative is a private sector initiative and comprises a national network of companies and service providers that all subscribe to the B4i Empowerment Model ™. Participating companies commit to making a positive contribution towards promoting entrepreneurship and implementing black economic empowerment (“BEE”) within the guidelines of this empowerment model. The group has pioneered purpose-filled solutions to black economic empowerment with seamlessly integrated solutions in the Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) contributions arena such as Futureneers B4I Empowerment, BBBEE-owned, BBBEE-controlled, and Black-managed Section 12J Venture Capital Company. Futureneers B4I Empowerment raises capital from corporates and private companies (through BBBEE ESD Contributions) and then applies such capital by investing in carefully selected commercially viable BEE entities and projects. Over and above supporting a commercially viable empowerment model that can make a real sustainable difference, the benefits to contributors are multiple, including significant BBBEE ESD Scorecard recognition, a full tax break on the entire investment, and even equity participation.
