Children's Museum of Southern Minnesota

The Children's Museum of Southern Minnesota is full of opportunities for discovery, development, and hands-on play. The Museum is many things: a mission, a place, and an organization -- but it is entirely devoted to serving children, families, and the greater community. The Children's Museum of Southern Minnesota features exhibits, activities, and spaces to engage all ages. From the Betsy Tacy-inspired Play Porch to the mind-inspiring attractions of the Two Level Makers Space, and with a towering Mankato Clinic Tree of Forts Climber so tall that it burst through the roof, there's plenty to do and see -- all within a safe, inviting, and comfortable space. The Children's Museum of Minnesota exists thanks to the support of dozens of businesses, hundreds of families, many wonderful volunteers, and the entire Greater Mankato community. With the continued help and enthusiasm of all who have supported us, we can't wait to put smiles on many more faces -- for generations to come.

Bartram's Garden

Bartram's Garden is operated by the John Bartram Association whose mission is to protect and enhance the National Historic Landmark Garden and House, advance the Bartram legacy of discovery, gardening and art, and inspire audiences of all ages to care for the natural world. The Garden is a 45-acre public park, operated by the Association in cooperation with the City of Philadelphia.

El Paso Museum of History

The El Paso Museum of History exists for the educational benefit of the community and visitors. It promotes the understanding and significance of the rich, multicultural and multinational history of the border region known as, The Pass of the North. Through exhibits and programs, the museum involves diverse audiences in exploring varieties of human experience and encourages individuals to explore the past and reflect on their own place in history. The El Paso Museum of History has the second installed Digital Wall of three in the world, and the only one in the United States. Our digital wall has the highest number of users of any digital wall in the world.

Cambridge Hands-On Science (CHaOS)

CHaOS take a wide range of hands-on science experiments around the country, with enthusiastic student demonstrators to explain what each experiment shows and why it's interesting! The experiments range from the physics of light and sound, to various aspects of chemistry and the biology of the human body! Many of our experiments have been built by members of CHaOS, and we're constantly trying out new experiment ideas. Our biggest event of the year is called "Crash, Bang, Squelch!"​. This happens in Cambridge during National Science Week (around mid-March) each year, and has been running for more than a decade.

Erasmus Darwin House

A Georgian town house in Lichfield, Erasmus Darwin House is the former home of the scientist, doctor, inventor, poet and grandfather of Charles Darwin. Opened in April 1999, the house and museum now acts both as a tourist attraction and an international research centre for Erasmus Darwin scholars and students.
