We help companies organize and orchestrate their events/conferences/meetings/seminars. We help them to accept registrations easily via the Internet and or with snail mail. We provide support for both the registrants and the event planners. Companies use us as a complete solution for not only the event but also for email marketing, event registration, attendance tracking, digital distribution of recorded events, live broadcasting and post event surveys. An Example Customer: Client X came to us in 2003 and were using software they had built but the developer had left and no one could maintain it. We help to migrate the data off that system and into ours we have since continually updated the software for their needs. The company has grown on average of 10% annually and has expanded into selling digital recordings of the events, selling virtual tickets for people that participate via the web and selling video recordings of the events. This particular client is quite large and has close to 200,000 members our system has grown with them and handles their needs with grace.
