BRIGHT New Leaders for Ohio Schools

BRIGHT is a multi-year effort by the State of Ohio to identify, prepare and place proven leaders as principals in Ohio public schools. It is a unique collaboration between the Ohio Department of Education, the Ohio Business Roundtable, and the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. BRIGHT is a bold and innovative effort to disrupt the erosion of quality education in its public schools by finding committed, proven leaders to head schools across the state.
