+OUT STORIES SANTI MUSMECI AND SEBASTIANO MACCARRONE MET IN 1998 ATTENDING THE EXPERIMENTAL ARTS SCHOOL IN SICILY. THE PASSION FOR STREET ARTS AND SCULPTURES BROUGHT THEM TOGETHER TO EXPLORE THE COMBINATION OF DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES. THE LOOK AND TEXTURES OF BOTH THE PAINTS AND SURFACES USED WAS OF PARTICULAR INTEREST TO THEM. THEIR PASSION FOR DESIGN SLOWLY BUILT AS A RESULT OF THEIR OWN PERSONAL INQUIRIES AND AFTER HIGH SCHOOL THEY BOTH DECIDED TO STUDY DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE IN ROME. DURING THIS TIME, THEY ALSO WORKED AS INTERNS FOR MANY INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURE COMPANIES. OVER THE COURSE OF THEIR STUDIES, SEBASTIANO DEVELOPED STRONG SKILLS IN DIGITAL ART WHILE SANTI EXPERIMENTED WITH MANY KINDS OF 3D SOFTWARE. TOGETHER THEY BECAME A STRONG TEAM IN THE ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION AND THEY DECIDED TO OPEN A SMALL RENDERING FIRM CALLED +OUT IN 2008, WORKING PRIMARILY FOR THEIR UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENT. THAT SAME YEAR SEBASTIANO PARTICIPATED IN AN INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP HOSTED BY UNESCO IN CHINA, WHILE IN 2009 SANTI BEGAN HIS EXCHANGE PROGRAM IN TSINGUA UNIVERSITY TO COMPLETE HIS MA. BOTH RETURNED TO ITALY FASCINATED BY THEIR CHINESE EXPERIENCES. THEY DECIDED TO WORK IN CHINA FOR BIAD (BEIJING INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN) AND AFTER FEW YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE CHINESE ARCHITECTURE INDUSTRY THEY DECIDE TO OPEN THEIR OWN ARCHITECTURE COMPANY STILL USING THE NAME OF THEIR FIRST COLLABORATION TOGETHER, +OUT. THROUGH BOTH RENDERING AND ARCHITECTURAL WORK, SINCE 2012 THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH SOME OF THE LARGEST ARCHITECTURAL FIRMS ALL AROUND THE WORLD AND HAVE ACHIEVED INTERNATIONAL AWARDS IN THE FIELD OF DESIGN AND GRAPHIC ART. IN 2013 SHAOXIAN DI JOINED THE ORGANIZATION, FURTHERING THE FIRM’S PASSION FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN AND PHOTOGRAPHY
