Klaver4 biedt zorg op maat aan mensen met (langdurige) psychiatrische en/of psychosociale problematiek. Klaver4 wil mensen ondersteuning bieden bij het vinden van een weg in de huidige maatschappij en in hun dagelijks leven. Het vergroten van de zelfstandigheid is hierbij een belangrijk speerpunt. Bij de ondersteuning wordt uitgegaan van de mogelijkheden en kwaliteiten van de cliënt, deze worden als basis gebruikt. Vanuit deze basis werken cliënten aan hun persoonlijke groei en maatschappelijke ontwikkeling.
