Forrester Properties Pty Ltd was established by Tom Forrester to develop and construct quality property throughout South East Queensland. Tom Forrester has over thirty years of building/development experience, in commercial office buildings, refurbishment projects, industrial subdivisions, high technology industrial parks, high rise multi-residential apartments and retirement villages. Forrester Properties' latest residential apartment development is centrally located between Brisbane's cultural and sporting precincts, a short stroll from the new Gallery of Modern Art, Queensland State Library, Museum, Performing Arts Centre and Southbank. Construction has commenced and completion is scheduled for January 2013. Forrester Properties developed South Central which was completed in December 2008. It is a mixed use development that consists of 38 residential apartments and 3000m2 of commercial office and retail space. The building continues to be managed by Forrester Properties' management company.
