Being an expert in health and fitness Active Kare also provides a wellness program that allows you to continue your exercise regimen under expert supervision at our state of the art exercise room. This program also includes consultation with a physical therapist every 3 weeks if needed. At Active Kare, our goal is not only to fix what is broken or treat your impairment, but we will provide you a comprehensive program to reach your goals of healthy living.

OrthoCore Physical Therapy

At OrthoCore Physical Therapy we will provide you with quality rehabilitation that focuses on your personal goals. We use a mixture of research supported techniques to decrease your pain, increase your strength/flexibility and restore your functional movement. Our staff strives to educate our patients about their rehabilitation process and help them get back to their target goals and objectives.

Crosstown Back and Pain Institute

We are a multidisciplinary pain clinic located within the Crosstown Concourse. We offer interventional pain procedures, chronic pain management, chiropractic care, acupuncture, physical therapy, IV hydration therapy, surgical evaluation, and a 3-month Wellness Program.

Tulsa Spine and Rehab

Tulsa Spine and Rehab is multi-disciplinary practice focused on the conservative management of spine and orthopedic injuries. Our clients enjoy access to chiropractic care, physical therapy, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy, and fitness training all at one location. We have a special interest in golf rehabilitation and performance training and are credentialed by the Titleist Performance Institute as Certified Golf Fitness Instructors. We accept all major insurance.

Neurosurgery Associates

We are a private neurosurgical practice located in in Columbus, OH. Our experienced board certified neurosurgeon, Dr. Joseph Shehadi, treats a variety of brain and spinal conditions such as: spinal stenosis, hematomas, skull fractures, degenerative disc disease, and much more.
